Awards 2009

2010 is here. Well, Happy New Year!!

Hmm...an year leaves after 365(or 366) days...but it does leave behind a lot of things and experiences...my year 2009 was fully packed....it stuffed me with soooo much that sometimes it was..just...deluging. But yeah, during the course of the year, so many things happened...and a lot of them are award-worthy..

*tadaaaa*

Vedha's awards for 2009

I-show-middle-finger-to-you award: It was a very close call between the fat-dark-glasses person and the getting-fat-wobble-walk person. Finally, getting-fat-wobble-walk gets the award for being a total snob...(the fact that getting-fat-wobble-walk lives close by and I need to look at that face at least once in a week, highly influenced the decision!)

Blade No. 1 award: Without doubt goes to the great man who has an office behind Kasi theatre. (I'm sure the twins will agree!)

Agony month award: Tie between May and June

Confusion rules award: September!!!

Everybody-hates-me award: HR woman in the office behind the Samsonite showroom overlooking a bridge! You really suck lady.

I-should-be-acting-in-a-Vikraman-movie award: The person who works for the company that has been endorsed by Aishwarya Roy, SRK, Suriya, Madhavan, Ranbir, Deepika, Dada, Ram charan Teja and so many others at some point of time...

Varum-aana-varaadhu award: HCL Technologies! (oops...my apologies to everybody who's joined there :P)

The perfect Gentleman award: The guy with three initials in the name, but addressed with just two letters!

My-favorite-politician-award: Our local councillor!

Biggest-craze award: The Twilight saga!

Epdi-irundha-naan-ipdi-aayiten award: Well, you have an office at Jagannathan Road, my dear 'one'!

Ayo-raama,-enna-yen-indha-mari-kalisadai-pasangaloda-ellam-kootu-sera-vekara award: to the guy who got hit by me in 1st std. ONLY for that drama involving the mokka zombie.

Tragedy-of-the-year award: Sri Lanka

100-degree-Celsius(Boiling point!) award: Close tie between the 66 year old and the 27 year old!

Shock-of-the-year award: Lala and dancer break up!

Comedy-of-the-year award: Two of my classmates are TEACHERS now!

About-turn award: IT-->Advertising shift!

Villain-of-the-year award: Swine Flu!

Can't-get-more-stupid award: Free TVs!

Nicest-to-me award: is shared.

1.Remember the HR woman in the office behind the Samsonite showroom overlooking a bridge? This person took me to that office :)

2. The Tall man. For that wink when onyx used his weird snub way on me during my first week at work...and well, for all the pick-ups and drops...

Hype and Buzz award: Fake IPL player for all the entertaining tit-bits during IPL II.

Miss-you award: College :-(

Kadal-kadandhu-kalakals award: You know who you are, you long haired pillock!

Poche-poche award: Ayyo! you are married! *bangs head on the wall*

I-rule award: to myself. for winning all those awards at college :P

making-me-wait award: Eh nonsense gundoos...get married soon!

PS: Ok, so most of the names are in codes. It is that way for a REASON. So if you figured who I'm talking about, shut up. Don't get me into trouble spreading all this...(pretty please?)

Thursday - Why having penpals is one of the best things in my life

1. They somehow always know the right things to say

2. The mere fact that two people can be friends even when they are 1000s of miles apart just goes to show love is the universal language...and it is so beautiful.

3. Those letters in envelopes of all shapes and sizes, designs and colours, were the MOST looked forward to things in my teens! (oh my...I can't believe 'my teens' is past tense now :-(

4. I still have all the letters and cards received through the years and whenever I'm lonely, upset(or plain bored :P), the handwriting of every friend winks at me...a warm hug, a happy smile, a funny incident.... I'll be back in my elements :-)

5. The little showing off I can do when I'm using all those birthday gifts that came over air/sea from the other side of the world ;-)

Aah...now I so want to go visit all these crazy people

PS: Sarah is wearing the birthday gift I got her this year :-) [Sarah is the first top left picture with the green curtain behind] Nurse-amma from Albany Hospital, NY

Graduate girl: Ann Chailertvanitkul (Now Ann Anderson!!!)
Curlers on the head :P : Alaina Andzelewski - the theatre artiste from Michigan/Chicago!
Glasses: Jori Mierek...an author to be!
The one with the drink: Chihiro Kamata...Japanese studying German in Germany now

Friday- Horoscopes

I have this habit of looking at Horoscope predictions. I don't know how I became interested in it...maybe it is in my genes, because dad can give decent predictions reading a 'Jadagam' and his knowledge was got from books. So, anyway, I somehow tend to look at the horoscope in newspapers and online whenever I can. I don't tend to go by it though. But sometimes I can relate to the horoscope for my sign.(especially The New Indian Express horoscope is scarily accurate at times!) And I know the sun signs by heart :P

I've read Scorpio is compatible with Capricorn, and I find a lot of my good friends and people who actually understand me too much are Capricorns (Eg: Bhuvana, Supri, Yushi, Dinesh)

Scorpio

"The most magnetic, the most mystifying and the most misunderstood sign of the zodiac"

"Possessiveness and jealousy are the characteristics traits of the Scorpion and a Scorpio cannot tolerate sharing something or someone they considers theirs. Whenever they become involved in a relationship, they become emotionally much attached, though it may take some time for their partner to realize this." (Sometimes, this gets too much. We aren't extra jealous or possessive, are we?)

I somehow like my sun sign. Maybe because my sign represents whatever I am, or because I'm that way because of my sign. But I never met a fellow Scorpio friend up until college(with the exception of our Philosopher Subha), and in college it sort of became an overdose. I found Sukanya. I found Bumboo. I also happened to find Deepika. *Shrugs*

I somehow always find sun sign predictions and personality matches...I've seen living proof of this, and also people who are totally opposite to their signs. Whatever. Horoscopes are fun, and as long as they remain just for fun, eet ees acceptable I guess.

Ok...so now you are wondering what is the WHOLE POINT of this post?! Well, it is completely pointless :-) Got the point?

PS: Ok. The truth is I've been trying to see if there is the remoteset chance if Scorpio and Taurus can be good friends. As far as I can see, it seems quite impossible. (Sandy is an exception).

Blog Awards

Now for the rules:

1) Add the logo of the award to your blog.
2) Add a link to the person who awarded it to you.
3) Nominate at least 7 other blogs (Only if you like).
4) Add links to those blogs on your blog.
5) Leave a message for your nominees on their blog.

Nithi surprised me with this awaard!! when I was sitting in my cousin's house trying to get the computer from my 11 year old niece, Nithi messages me asking to check out her blog, and guess what! Blog award!

Ok... so I have to pass it on to a few people. Hmm... so here goes!

Sandhya: I've told this before... Hers is the best blog among the ones I follow. She is regular, and she writes about a lot of things, and her humor is sesky. (The latest being "UV rays")

Nithi: Well, although the only ever item I tried from her blog is Lemon Tea(which came out really nice, trust me!), I love looking at her blog for those mouth watering pictures :) And yeah, after my exams get over(which is tomorrow), I think her blog is gonna be one of the sources of curtailing the vettification in my lyf.

Deepti
: For her lovely posts which are wacky, crazy, senti and what not.

Alvia : because it is 'Just Like Alvia:-)'

Supri: Hayo hayo. For the sole reason that this blog thoroughly reflects her- Anniyan(i) !

The year that was

2008… a year of ups and downs, the year in which my soul hit an all time low…a year where I didn’t like myself for the most part…but coming to think it, so many other people did. So many people who’ve loved me, and made me bounce back every time deserve a thanks and something much much more than that… but I cannot find something as special as them to give them, so I will give them my love, because at the end, as I’ve realized through this year, that is the only thing that matters. (That's the last picture of me taken in 2008)

Amma and Appa

For intently listening to all the crap I narrate to them every evening. Also for bearing with my latecomings and shortcomings :)

Supri

Someone who’s changed my whole attitude towards life. Don’t get me wrong…she is no saint. Actually, she is a philosophical whiner most of the time, but Blabber is one of the best things that’s ever happened to me… She made my year a whole lot brighter by doing all these lil things that nobody has ever done for me…be it planning a birthday surprise or buying a pizza when I was sobbing like hell… Blabber has made a lot of my days special by her little gestures, and I dunno how I am gonna repay her for all that she’s done to me and been to me.

Bhuvana

I thank the Heavens for her everyday. She is the one person who’s stuck with me all through and this year, I can proudly, without any hesitation or doubt, say that our bond is like this FeviBond :P I was being really stupid, thinking of really stupid things like how her new relationship would bring a rift between us etc etc…but wow! we’ve just crossed all that…and we’ve proven that our fevibond is stronger than any rift. She’s always been around for me, in her very own weird way, and I just hope I’ve been there for her when she needed me the most too…

Ayush

I am really pissed off with him, you know? He never spoke to me, never met me and YET left an impact in me that will last beyond forever. Thanks for showing me what brotherly love is, yush!

Nandhini

This woman is impossible really! ALL problems, trust me, ALL problems will just go puff…when you narrate them to her. She is the person who taught me to see the lighter side of life, and someone who, by her words and deeds, showed me how beautiful and big life is. She is like the big sister I’ve always wanted to have, and I’m soooooo glad she is here in my life!!

Raj Anna

What to say about this man?! How do I express how much he means to me and what he means to me?! Bull shit… I’ll just say he should have never gone off sooo far!

Deepti (aka Bumboo)

How did it happen? When did it happen? Lol… I really don’t know. But Bumboo and Vedha are now officially twin souls! Bumboo is like the stars, you don’t always see them, but you know they are always there. Always.

My juniors of first BCA ( BD, Sudha, Sai, Upaa, Aish, Manasa and many others)

Thanks for liking me. Thanks for all the days you made me smile, and the smile you give me every time you see me in the corridors. It really means a lot.

Deepak

For proving that true friendships never die. My first ever friend of the opposite sex is still my best ever friend of the opposite sex

Sukanya

“When you think the world has turned its back on you, turn around. It’s often likely that you turned your back on it”. I turned back to see the world still turning its back on me. I saw Sukanya standing next to me doing the same, which made us even better bum chums. Thanks for sticking by me Suku.

Ram

Thanks for making me realize how the whole wide world thinks, Ram. You’ve made me who I am now, and if I’m even a little better than I used to be, it is because of you.

Dinesh. M

My brother and Agony Aunt. Suddenly, out of the blue, he became my friend and one of the very few in my trust list. Thanks for listening.

Kalyani, Asta, Archu, Suji, Chitra & a few others

Reasons why I’m still able to survive being in III BCA. Thanks for being the silver lining in a really dark cloud.

Karthi

shit.. i dont have a picture of him

Thanks for being a brother I can always rely upon. Supri would want to thank you for the midnight food and I would like to thank you for the same… not the food though, but for making me feel privileged and special.

Sandy

For filling in Alvia’s void and giving me company through the midnights and for getting me introduced to new guys J and also, for being a great listener and polambar(?!)

Alvia

Veyyilin arumai nizhalil theriyumam.

Enaku therinjudhu Alvi. I missed you so much!

Mrudhula

Nonsense… I love you!!!! If you could just get some time off to get me a birthday gift, I will love you even more ;) lol. Thanks for being my regular dose of Dairy milk. The doc says I might get diabetes any day!

Vasanth Anna

One more Anna into my kitty J Yay!!! Thanks for remembering me. Thanks for giving me a space into your life where only very little people have ventured so far.

Sarah and Alaina

They have been afar, for years and yet, very near. When I feel like drowning myself in tears, all I have to do is read their letters or look at their gifts and be reminded of the visit to the US of A still pending, and I am okay.

And, for all the wrong reasons:

  • Some teachers in college – bunch of toe rags really.
  • Some people in my class – losers, all of you!
  • Ching pang gang- you don’t know what you have lost, and when you do, you definitely can’t get it back
  • Sulking competitors- Opinions differ, you know? If you lose a competition, it means other people were better, and you sucked. It has got nothing to do with the judge’s RASANAI.
  • Some of my school 'friends' - You think I've changed? Go screw yourself.

Secret Santa

Christmas is this really fun time of the year, whatever religion you follow. It's the holidays, after all! And for us, Christmas is synonymous with 'Secret Santa' or Chrisma-Chrischild as it is popularly known in this part of the world :)

I have many fond memories of this game... especially when we used to play it in the street. Once, we born-and-raised-as-hindus lot played the game, and ended it on Ramzan. How cool is that!
I remember throwing lil gifts(which ranged from chocolates, junk stuff, erasers in different shapes, notes and what not!) into my child's window, practically, every other hour. It used to be this obsession back then. Saving up every penny(ok, rupee) to buy gifts for someone else, is something truly wonderful, coming to think of it, and we all learnt it so easily, courtesy Secret Santa. Bhuvana and I couldn't keep the secret between us, and we always knew each other's child. Same goes with Jaya too. Amidst all the chaos and suspicions, it was quite difficult to play the perfect Santa. But, that's where the fun of the game laid. I still have my final gifts that my Chris-mum got me years ago.

This year, the game was very special to me, thanks to my lowely Chrismum. I was really reluctant to play the game, from how things have been going for me this year, I really didn't think it was a good idea to play the game with the entire 3rd BCA. NOT a good idea at all. But do I ever get my way?! And for once, I am glad, I didn't get my way. Kali, Asta, BD, Archu, Suji, Rekha and a whole lot of other people came up to me and literally pushed me into picking up a name. ED(or E.Deepika) was my chrischild. I played my part okay, sent her lil gifts from time to time and all that. My Chrismum sent me really weird comments.. "Wear a saree and sing random songs in the podium"... I had to plead back to reduce it to a half-saree. And, I had to dance with that half saree later. Bah... but rules are rules and the game is to be played that way, so I did it all...for fun. What fun it was! Divya dancing, Gowthami slapping everyone and getting slapped, BD with the ஒற்றை ரோஜா...Sukanya singing Mallu songs to everyone in class, Kali asking sorry to every other soul, me shaking hands with everyone in Infosys saying "Hi this is Vedha"... it will all remain etched in memory...after all, I have very few good memories of classroom fun in college. 23rd December was the last day, and guess who my mommy was? Sujitha! Mummy good mummy. Mummy gave me chockie, sexy purple tee, ear-rings and pendant, mobile wallet and card with lowe letter. I'm scanning the card and putting it up along with this post... (click to enlarge I think) lowe letter is confidential. Thank you so much, Suji! for making me feel nice and special! I really owe you one!!!

It was a hap hap happy birthday!

"Today is my birthday. I had a great day. " --> This used to be an oxymoron!! This year it isn't, and I can't believe it! All thanks to my little devil, and the bigger devil from above, my day was SUPER.

23 phone calls, 42 messages, 60 odd scraps in orkut & facebook... 9 people actually coming in to surprise me!! WHOAH... what more can someone ask for?!?! (Okay.. I know you are thinking I'm a weirdo.. giving you numbers and all.. but yea, I'm a weirdo, and proud of it :)

For a change, when people started calling to wish me, and asked "What plans for the day?", this time around I had an interesting answer. All thanks to Supri :-)

Jaya woke me up with a warm hug, Lawanya turned up, I went to the temple(Really?!), went to Periamma's house, and then off to Supri's. I was welcomed by Supri's wailings- "I called around 50 people Vedha... I hate your classmates... I'm so sorry... people backed off at the last moment... I even tried calling Jaya & Bhuvana... blah blah blah". Then people turned up. Not 50, but 9 people who decided to spend their time with me on my D-day :) Great fun we had. Mrudhula licking the cake even before I cut it, Supri using the mop like one 'soolayudham' and posing for pictures, talking CRAP, teasing everybody around, us getting to figure out if the juniors have boyfriends, having a cake facial :p it all looked to me like it was a scene fresh out of a fairy tale!

Then, off to Radio One, where I was again tortured by Jagan(as usual!) to make me dance the 'Egypt Rani' step (Enna koduma sir idhu!) with Nandhini and Rajiv egging on & Mrudhula, Shilpa and Supri laughing their heads off. Some entertainment! After we got done there, when the 4 of us were thinking where to go hog, Supri & I decided the time has FINALLY arrived to discover JC's Cafe! *tada tadain* What a place! (Tip: If you are looking for some place, where NOBODY you know would turn up, try JC's Cafe!) We were the only people in, apart from a few foreigners who were in another room. We hogged (Shilpa resisting temptation in vain!) like hell. Then, when it was the time to say the 3 bad words ('Pay the bill'), Jee-boom-ba, John(notice Pink sattai in picture) calls Mrudhula and asks her where we are. (He drinks juice at JC's regularly!) He came up to JC's with 2 other people, drank watermelon juice, and paid my bill :-) :D Lucky me! lol.

I finally came back home around 8, after Supri dropped me at the bus stand as usual. Went straight to Bhuvana's house, met the family and then got back home. Mum and dad were okay with whatever I got and except for the usual "I dunno why people spend so much money to get birthday gifts" dialogue(which is perfectly normal...), I didn't get anything hostile, which is like 'wow!'.

For all the people who made my day special, Thank you! trust me, you don't even have the wildest idea how much this means to me. And for the person, who scripted this day from above, just a 'miss you' wouldn't convey everything.

PS: Picture courtesy - Nithi in Orkut

You made me remember the good times
When i could only remember the bad
You promised me a return
Of the peace i long ago had
You never left me alone
When that was what i wrongly thought i needed
You never dwelt on my faults
Instead you pointed out when i had succeeded
You made me laugh
When i felt i would cry
You made me live
When i wished to die.

Meeting my ooold friend!

Yesterday was really a wonder sunday. I went to Radiance's album launch, and then when I came back home, my OLD friend, who was my neighbour from say when I was 5-10 had come home! Mani is now doing his Civil Engg in NIT, Trichy and he had come home for Diwali, and this time, made it a point to visit me. He is just a year younger than me, but he always called me 'Prashanthi Akka' (ok yea.. new info for you, I'm called Prashanthi at home) and yesterday he claimed that he never found a better friend after me. What more could you ask for! He was patiently waiting for me to get back home, and stayed here for about 2 hours, and left only by 11 o' clock in the night, when my dad courteously told him all of us will have to wake up early for Diwali ;) Friends are forever, really!

Birthdays...

My birthdays have always been comic tragedies. Slap from dad, rain gods POURING their heart out, schools declared a holiday cuz of bad weather... funny it is. I used to dread birthdays, cuz for me, they always meant something-wrong. I've cut a birthday cake on two occasions...yea, TWO occasions. One for my 10th birthday, when my neighbourhood was filled by Anglo Indians and one, last year. I've had pictures taken on my birthday once. And out of those 4 pictures, I'm there in only one, with profile view and cake not seen(which you can see here!). And, from my 11th standard till last year, all my birthdays were government declared holidays, due to the 'puyal chinnam' in Bay of Bengal (which ended up bringing sunny weather all over!) My birthday is bewitched! But amidst all this comedy, my friends have always tried to make it special. People have waddled through pools of water to my place, just to drop in a birthday wish! They've stayed awake all night patiently bearing the "call waiting" or engaged tones to sing the birthday song in the midnight. My penpals from afar always remembered to send me huge packages bringing all their love from 1000s of miles apart. This loWe will make this year, and every birthday special :)

PS: I just got a pretty pale pink kurta today for the 29th. Supri got a similar one too, and one day you can see us in this uniform!

Happy Birthday Mrudhula!!!!!

September 22nd... when my partner in crime was born!!

I remember Mrudhula coming to our street in one kutti azhuku BSA champ cycle, with bobbed hair and glasses. We did the most insane things together!!! And thankfully, we are still the same insane bum chums. Radio One got us closer, and we rocked the city together(Radio One rocked worser, but now that's another story!) I still haven't given her my birthday gift, I actually haven't even got half of it, but yeah, she is yet to give my last year's gift, so its okay, doesn't matter :) I did all the over feelings of India CD for her last birthday, so no feelings this year... just a plain wish to say "KEEP ROCKING and HAVE A BLAST THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!!!" And in the middle of the night with an exam, and lots of submissions, my insanity has reached its height, and that's why I searched for the weirdest picture of hers to put up in here! Ensoy maadi :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Meena!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DEAR MEENA!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

Meenakshi.. the lady who shares her birthday with the biggest brat(see below) and the great teacher Sarvapali Radha Krishnan. Now, doesn't this say it all?!?!
Meena and I hardly talk in class, given the fact that we are sitting in two different corners, and apparently belong to two different gangs("People who sit next to you are your gang de.." - no prizes to guess who said this). So, we obviously don't have the opportunity to talk much. But yeah, potter references and dumb answers/questions/expressions/other in class are followed by glances that we give each other... funny inside joke glances!

Then yeah, our love and devotion for Harry Potter. Boy, we really do love that series.!

I bet she wouldn't know this... but she is the first BCA classmate I got to know about. When my dad came to pay the fee, he's seen her and he told me there is this tall girl called "G.S.Meenakshi" who paid the fee along with me, so yeah, she will be your classmate. So, even before I got to know that 2 of my schoolmates have joined BCA in MOP, I knew of this "tall girl Meenakshi" :) I should've sat next to her!! :( But yeah, I was sitting next to S.Deepika and Yuvashree who famously got kidnapped. lol!

But Meena has always been a good friend, source of comfort, cauldron ;) of advice and opinions etc. (even with the distance of too many rows and too many people in between he he) which have enriched my experience called life.

Nitwit! Blubber! Oddment! Tweak!

Thank you Meena, for everything!!

Wishing a Happy Birthday to the biggest brat on earth

அது இவன் தான்!
My II Standard friend... உயர் திரு. தீபக் சங்கர் அவர்கள்.
One of the first ever guy friends I ever got.... and he was an integral part of my original first ever "gang", comprising of Me, Jaya, Deepak, Suren and Rama.
Both of us love to boast about our adventures.. And then, one very bad day, his dad decided he had to change schools... his mom left him and went very far away..high up. Then, there was no touch..obviously, there were no cell phones and e-mail, or even land line phone, in 1997... at least, at our end. But who can ever forget a creature like that?!?! I always used to talk of him in class, about how we used to have a lot of fun.
Then, just when Jaya and I were waiting in school to get our 9th standard textbooks, I saw this guy who looked VERY familiar. Whew....only after a week, I got to know அது இந்த லூசு தான் னு! But he refused to come back to our section because of his loves being in another section :) :) heee hee...
Time can change people...ENTIRELY. The guy who used to be first in class and a very studious சமத்து brahmin boy, had turned into a meat-eating, road poriking dude. Lots of new friends, new habits... but he still remembered the 2nd standard bag story, and that's what makes him special :)
Now, Deepak has got a job, new friends, money. Maybe now he has more than what he's ever wanted... அதனாலதானோ என்னவோ.. நாங்க இப்ப அவனுக்கு தேவையில்ல... But seriously Lala, we all miss you. Its never the same without one person less. Its okay if you don't talk to me, but the guys, please stay in touch with them. They will be there for you, whatever you go through. There is life beyond money and riches. I can't believe I'm the one advising you now.. almost always, it has been the other way around.

Anyways, Happy Birthday!!!!
Hope this birthday brings you a lot of joy, and I also wish that people who love you dearly stay with you and come back to you!!! இந்த வருஷம் ரொம்ப நல்லா இருக்கும் பாரு!

My seniors

I seriously love them. My seniors in college have taught me everything that I know! About the college, inter-dept and inter-college rivalry, how to talk to teachers, how to get things done your way in MOP, how to do-everything-in-this-whole-wide-world!! They are an asset, and their value cannot be measured.

Alvia

My love!! She is this super bubby character, and she is my constant shoulder of support to whine, share things, to complain about my unfair life, to laugh and irritate. I HATE her for leaving me and going to Pondicherry. Bad bad bad girl ( Alvia doesn't like this picture!!! Makes me really glad :)

Nithi!!!! One person I honestly ADMIRE!! She has so many talents, but the best of all, is tackling people. She knows how to handle all the cracks that make up our department, and wow! that's saying something!!

Charanya! Our white 'black pandi'. Brahmin தமிழ் ல மொக்க போடுற ஒரே ஆள்!! ada ada ada...

Meera.. our department beauty... subtle sense of humor..and our standard Namitha!!!

Ramya is my moooost favorite senior of all times! I called her 'Ramya Akka' in the beginning... ayyo ayyo. Nive..i like her for her guts, and her dance, and her temper :)

Nithya and Preethi...the வளர்ந்தவள்s of the department. Both of them have authority, and command... people I (literally and figuratively) look up to!, and Srinidhi- too bad i haven't eaten her popular cooking yet!!

Priya is my jigidi dhosth from online :) :) someone who's always been swwweet to me, however she might be to others!

Shilpa and Satya!!! AAh.. my darlings!! Shilpa dances so well, i envy her!! And imagine, only after she passed out, I've become more close to her. She advices sooooo well, i didnt know her advising skill is on par with her dancing skill!!!
and Satya, she is so small, but has so much in that small brain. Whenever i look at her, she's smiling and i love that :)

Moni and Arthi
... my bus mates... all those street corner juices and soups, and those 29 C/Auto vetti chattings, i can never forget!!!

Sandhya!! Miss Hindi girl...this is how i used to identify her when she was in college... but now yea, thanks to orkut and yahoo etc etc. we are the friends friends now :)

And then there's Gayu, our ever-loving darling, who willingly took all the shitty responsibility in her shoulders!!! (too bad I don't have a picture of her!!!)
